James Nassios, Founder & CEO
James, founder and visionary of J. Nass Real Estate Development Group LLC was born into entrepreneurship, displaying business savvy traits and qualities very early on in life. James started his first company in liquidation at the age of 23. He was considered a pioneer during that time and has honed in on his love for business over the years where he has demonstrated impeccable networking and research capabilities. His proven ability to effectively delegate responsibility while successfully managing timelines is what separates him from the competition.
Pursing a career in construction with an emphasis on masonry, concrete and general construction, James has won several awards from local, regional to national levels in the construction industry. James went on to establish a masonry construction company in 1997 in the residential and light commercial sector and then a commercial division in 2011, signing with the union as a signatory union contractor.
Throughout his success, James has always had a love for real estate and has teamed up with Suhad to establish J. Nass Real Estate Development Group where together they work to create beautiful homes for future generations.
As a result of reaching a certain level of success James always felt as though it is imperative to give back to the community and had the desire to work in philanthropy. James eventually started his own non-profit charitable fundraising organization helping the homeless in order to provide adequate housing to have a lasting impact on lives.
Suhad Mughrabi, Co-Founder
Suhad earned her BS in Physiology & Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego. For 12 years, Ms. Mughrabi has worked in the nutraceutical industry where she became a highly recognized leader with focus on Operations, Logistics and Purchasing Management. She went on to obtain a degree in Product Development & Merchandising from FIDM to develop her love of design and desire to create.
In pursuit of her long time goal to work in real estate, Suhad teamed up with James to create a company that would offer a package of real estate services. J. Nass Real Estate Development Group is a professional, full service real estate solutions provider that buys and sells properties throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, CA areas. Their company specializes in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, renovating them with signature designs and reselling them to retail homebuyers and landlords.
Suhad is focused on providing solutions for clients and value for investors by locating and renovating distressed properties. J. Nass Real Estate Development Group has embarked on a goal to buy, sell and own several properties over the next 12 months. Suhad, following her passion, has quickly become a leading problem solver in the real estate world combining her skills with a high drive for results. Her goal is to provide the absolute highest level of service to her clients and working with James to leave an everlasting mark on every home they touch.
